Please join us January 22nd at 7pm for a 5 course meal celebrating fermentation and preservation with Kevin Farley of The Cultured Pickle Shop in Berkeley, Chef Sarah Rinkavage from Marisol in Chicago, Chef Justin Carlisle of Ardent in Milwaukee, and Joe Frillman from Daisies. 

5 course prix fixe meal for $65  with optional beverage pairing an additional $25. Due to the nature of this dinner, no substitutions or dietary restrictions can be accommodated.
