Wine Dinner with Sean O'Keefe from Mari Vineyards

Join us for an intimate wine dinner with Sean O'Keefe from Michigan's Mari Vineyards. We strive to carry our locally-sourced approach to cooking through to our beverage program by curating an all-domestic wine list. Mari Vineyards in the Old Mission Peninsula is one of our favorite producers. This will be a unique opportunity to taste their portfolio of wines (including some unavailable in Illinois!) with the winemaker himself and hear about the history of the vineyards and his approach to winemaking. 

We will serve a five-course dinner to complement Sean's selection. The menu will feature early spring produce in a variety of preparations, including snap peas with bagna cauda, house-made pastas such as chittara with spring onion, green garlic and rhubarb and raviolo with ramps and our ricotta, lamb with spring vegetables and dessert. Menu subject to change based on seasonal availability.

Tickets are $100 per person and include dinner, wine pairing and gratuity. 

This is an intimate dinner with limited capacity and some communal seating.
